This un-remuddle project has been three years in the making. I was really pleased when my clients purchased this house because I knew it would be in good hands, but I also knew it would be a labor of love to bring this house back. Kudos to Chris and Tiffany for their vision and patience!

Sad. I really like Ficus trees. The smaller plant that replaced it is so uninspiring.
Other than that, it looks beautiful!
I think they were trying to respect the modernist spirit of letting the indoor/outdoor spaces flow together. What the photo doesn’t show is the new exterior landscaping outside that window which is lovely to look at from inside and makes the space feel larger.
What flooring was used in this home? Looks like porcelain tiles.
we replaced cheap ceramic tile and bad carpet with a dark brown cork floor. cork flooring was used in a lot of the original homes in this neighborhood. thanks!
Really, Joe? The ficus tree (an over-used, rather boring plant) is your one comment on this great renovation?
Is there any way you could post a landscaping picture. I’m ready to look at that phase now, after remodeling a mountain mid-mod
